Helping Family Owned Businesses Grow & Succeed

Family Businesses are a very critical component of the success of our local, regional & national economy. The Camden County Regional Chamber of Commerce has created the “Family Business Owner’s Network, “FBON”, to address this important sector of our community and growing economy. The Camden County Regional Chamber of Commerce is the FIRST & ONLY “Family Business Chamber” in Southern New Jersey.

We are announcing our “Kick Off” event by presenting our 2018 “Family Business Excellence Award”, FBEA, on May 2, 2019. The recipient of this award is the Baiada Family, Bayada Home Health Care, Pennsauken, NJ. Mark Baiada will be accepting this award on behalf of Bayada Home Health Care at the Mansion, May 2nd. In addition, all Chamber members who are Family Owned will be recognized during this presentation.

The “FBON” will be directed by the Chamber’s Family Business Committee who will be offering roundtable discussions, networking before and after work for all Family members, another conference in October and the 2019 FBEA in January 2020. These networking sessions will also feature a unique opportunity for the next generation to meet and greet separately to establish relationships that will foster an exchange of ideas as they grow into the leadership of their organizations.

The purpose of this committee is to create a unique opportunity for CCRCC to focus on the issues of the Family Business Community in Camden County and beyond through programing, education and networking. Family Businesses play a significant and critical role toward the economic and life style success in our community. We must continue to work toward maintaining a strong and vibrant Family Business Community now and in the future.
